Return and Refund Policy

Overview

At Noni Ross Creations, we create custom print-on-demand products made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except in specific circumstances outlined below.

No Refunds Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product after receiving it
  • As our items are custom-made when ordered, we cannot accept returns for resale

Exceptions - Incorrect or Defective Items

We will replace items in the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong design, color, or style)
  2. Manufacturing Defects: If your product has a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or damage that occurred during production
  3. Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping issues

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return the item unopened, unworn, and unused
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of our error

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at info@nonirosscreatinos.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the incorrect or defective item
    • Description of the issue
  2. Wait for our approval before sending any items back
  3. Ship the item back following our provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will ship a replacement

Processing Time

  • Replacement requests will be reviewed within 3 business days
  • Approved replacements will be produced and shipped within our standard production time frame (5-7 business days)
